Meet the Founder
I have over 10 years in the industry and 9 years experience working as a Property Manager with Winkworth Estate Agents in Queen’s Park, North West London, supporting landlords with the practical and operational demands of residential property. Alongside day-to-day maintenance coordination, I have extensive experience in property management, project management, property refurbishments, overseeing contractors, liaising with councils, managing tenants, managing budgets, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
With the lettings landscape changing rapidly — particularly following the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Bill — many landlords are facing increased pressure, responsibility, and time commitment.
To address this, I offer a streamlined, maintenance-only service designed specifically for landlords who want professional support without the cost or complexity of full property management.
Founded and operated by Michael Ferguson, the focus is exclusively on repairs and maintenance, acting as the tenant’s main point of contact for maintenance issues, coordinating trusted contractors, and ensuring problems are resolved promptly and professionally.
